We do not accept early termination of leases- should you need to move out prior to your lease end date,
you will be financially responsible for the unit until it is occupied by another party. 

Villa Carlotta amenities include a gym, pool, housekeeping, clubhouse, palm garden courtyard, resident events, a rooftop deck overlooking Hollywood Sign

The pool and decks are available for us from 6 AM -10 PM.

We have limited parking available on-site and for rent.. 

We have an onsite laundry facility that is FREE for residents in the basement by the gym.

Yes, all the apartments at Villa Carlotta are furnished.

Yes, short term leases are available and 30 days is the minimum duration. 

Yes, corporate leases are accepted. 

No holds at the leasing office and it will be taken directly to your door. 

The fitness center is open from 6 AM-10 PM.

Peloton bikes, treadmill, free weights, TRX training, and kettlebells are available.

After 10 pm during the week and after 11 pm on weekends. Fees are only applicable if you need to rent the space for a closed event. 

Utilities will be an additional cost per month (on RUBS), SCEP fee of $3.61 (city fee), and any pet rent.

The unit will receive a full cleaning and we will go through the entire turn process.
Any necessary repairs will be made accordingly. 

Yes, we have on-site maintenance at Villa Carlotta.

Contact the concierge through your resident portal or in person to submit a maintenance request.

In the order in which they are received is based on the emergency level. The maintenance technician will complete it within 24 hours.

Not at all-if you wish to be there. you can be. 

Contact the property manager via phone or the security officer on site if you are locked out.

Our units do come furnished with all the necessities and luxury essentials for your stay. Any alteration will need to be discussed with the management

Yes, Villa Carlotta is close to public transportation.

There are local shops in Franklin Village as well as Gelsons, The Oaks, etc. 

Yes, there are bike trails in the close neighborhoods, Hollywood Dell and Runyon Canyon.. 

The closest dog park is 1 mile away.

From the 101 southbound you will exit Gower, turn left, then right on Franklin.
